Why does my payment differ from other family members?
Payment amounts may differ due to:
- Unequal ownership between family members
- One family member has not submitted a W‑9 to Urban
- One or more family members own additional property interests beyond those with common ownership
- Differing state taxes that Urban is required to withhold based on an owner's state of residence.
Additionally, if a family member's account has been in suspense or has had checks returned and reissued this can cause the monthly payment amount to vary.
