Payment amounts may differ due to:

1. Unequal ownership between family members
   
2. One family member has not submitted a W‑9 to Urban
   
3. One or more family members own additional property interests beyond those with common ownership
   
4. Differing state taxes that Urban is required to withhold based on an owner's state of residence.
   

Additionally, if a family member's account has been in suspense or has had checks returned and reissued this can cause the monthly payment amount to vary.
