It is important that Urban is promptly made aware of any address changes.  Providing Urban with your correct address ensures you continue to receive revenue payments, 1099s, and any future mailings from Urban.  

For the protection of our interest owners, all address changes must be made in writing.  We are unable to accept address changes via phone.  Please download the form below and follow the accompanying instructions.   When complete, return the form to Urban at:
